Guild of Winterthorn
Instead of being an adventurer taking quests in a fantasy world, you play as a tavern keeper who has to pick quests to give to the guild's adventurers.
DEMO - UPDATES
After the GMTK jam, the game has been updated with better balancing, polish and more. We are planning to turn this into a full game as a paid version. This is going to take some time, but for now you can enjoy a much polished version of the game uploaded for the jam as a DEMO.

I LOOOVE the art and vibe of this whole thing :D Just the designs, name and class are enough to make me want to know more about them lol. There's also quite a lot of narrative potential in the contrast between the coziness of the player's job sitting around at the guild, while the consequences of some of these quests can be lifechanging for the people doing them. Like I actually felt kinda bad when one of them died because of the quest I sent them away on...

We do have some backstories for the characters, but we definitely still want to bring them forward more in the game.
